Rental Shipping Information via External Carriers
We are happy to ship the equipment to you. The process is as follows:
- A specific equipment order (naleznete na www.soh.cz/pronajem) send to email pronajem@soh.cz. In the message, include your contact details (full name, phone number) and especially the address to which you want the equipment delivered.
- Wait until you receive an email from us with a rental quote for the equipment.
- Once you confirm the quote, the equipment will be reserved for your chosen date and you will be asked to pay the deposit. Together with payment details, you will also receive contract documents to fill in and send back.
- Payment together with the contract documents must reach us at least two days before the planned shipment
- The equipment will be sent to your address on the agreed date. We will send you the shipment tracking number by email. The return pickup will also be arranged at the agreed time.
- After receipt, you can fully use the equipment as per the contract.
- On the agreed pickup day, the carrier will visit you and collect the equipment. The equipment must be packed and ready for dispatch at that time.
- Once we receive the equipment, its condition will be checked.
- The rental fee will be charged against the received deposit and any overpayment will be returned to your bank account within seven days.
- This completes the process.
