Basic Rental Information
What equipment can I rent from you?
We offer a wide range of sound and lighting equipment: powered and battery-operated speakers, complete sound systems, mixers and amplifiers, microphones, DJ equipment, spotlights, intelligent lighting (moving heads, LED effects), lighting packages, lasers, fog machines, lighting controllers, projectors and TVs, VR headsets, accessories, truss structures, stages and roofs. How long can I rent equipment for?
The standard rental period is charged per every started two days (48 hours). You can keep the equipment for up to 58 hours at no extra charge. Each additional day is charged at only 50% of the standard rental price. We also offer long-term rentals – contact us for an individual quote.
What are your opening hours?
Our branch at Antala Staška 242/14, Prague 4 is open:
- Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: closed
- Sunday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Equipment must always be reserved in advance, preferably by e-mail at pronajem@soh.cz or by phone at +420 272 272 501.
Are rental prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all rental prices are always listed including VAT, so there are no hidden costs.
How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation in several ways:
Every reservation is personally reviewed, availability is checked, and we will contact you with a confirmation.
Do you charge cancellation fees?
No, we do not charge any cancellation fees.
Pickup and Delivery
Where do I pick up the equipment?
You can pick up the equipment at our branch at Antala Staška 242/14, 140 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic. On site, we will demonstrate everything and teach you the basics of operation.
Do you ship equipment?
Yes, we are happy to ship equipment via carriers GLS (packages up to 30 kg, CZK 450 incl. VAT for round-trip within the Czech Republic) or TOPTRANS (for heavier shipments). The process is: send your order by e-mail, we will send you a quote, after confirmation and deposit payment we will ship the equipment to your address and arrange a return pickup. When do I need to return the equipment?
Returns are accepted until 7:00 PM, regardless of the pickup time. You can keep the equipment for up to 58 hours at no extra charge. Each additional day is charged at 50% of the standard rental price.

Do you offer complete event lighting with an automated light show?
Yes, in addition to standard equipment rental, we offer complete lighting show services using our patented LTCA (Music Visualization) system, which automatically controls lighting equipment in sync with music. We can provide one-time events as well as permanent installations. Contact us for a custom quote.
Do you offer logo projection for events?
Yes, we offer logo projection using special gobo projectors. Your logo or graphics can be projected onto a wall, floor, or other surface. See the rental section for details and pricing, or contact us directly.
Can I rent a laser show?
Yes, we offer laser rentals as well as complete turnkey laser show services. Our range includes full-color RGB lasers of various power outputs with DMX and ILDA control.
