Shipping Information
We will be happy to ship the equipment to you. The process is as follows:
- Send your specific equipment order (you will find the equipment at www.soh.cz/en/rental) to the e-mail address pronajem@soh.cz. In your message, include your contact details (full name, phone number) and, above all, the address where you would like the equipment delivered.
- Wait until you receive an e-mail from us with the rental price quote.
- Once you confirm the quote, the equipment will be reserved for your chosen date and you will be asked to pay a deposit. Along with the payment details, you will also receive the contract documents to fill in and send back.
- The payment, together with the contract documents, must reach us no later than two days before the planned shipping of the equipment
- The equipment will be shipped to your address on the agreed date. We will e-mail you the shipment tracking number. Return pickup of the equipment will also be arranged for the agreed date.
- Once you receive the equipment, you can use it fully in accordance with the contract.
- On the designated pickup day, the booked courier will visit you and collect the equipment. For this purpose, the equipment must already be packed and ready for shipping.
- As soon as we receive the equipment, we will check its condition.
- The rental price will be charged against the deposit received and any overpayment will be returned to your bank account within seven days.
- And that takes care of everything.

A suitable shipping option for lower-weight equipment. The equipment can be packed into several parcels. The maximum weight of one parcel is 30 Kg.
Shipping within the Czech Republic (there and back) costs CZK 450 incl. VAT / 30 Kg parcel

A suitable shipping option for heavier equipment. The equipment can be packed into several parcels.
